Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

FREE UNDERGROUND PARKING

This quiet, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite is centrally located in downtown Edmonton and is complete with its own underground parking spot. It combines a relaxing atmosphere with every comfort you need to feel at home.

BEDROOMS:
The condo has two tastefully-decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space. Enjoy long nights of peaceful sleep surrounded by the warm ambiance. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

With the pull-out sofa in the living room, the suite can sleep up to 6 guests. There are extra pillows and blankets available if needed.

BATHROOMS:
The two bathrooms are exquisite and clean: both the en-suite & main bathroom have a toilet, shower/bathtub, and sink.

We provide shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and hotel-quality towels. For all your laundry needs, there’s a washer and dryer with the necessary supplies available for your use.

KITCHEN:
The suite makes it easy for guests to cook and eat meals together with its fully-stocked kitchen and appliances. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker and Keurig coffee maker. There is a bar-style counter as well as a separate dining table that ends out, for enough seating for couples and families.

We provide breakfast foods and cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans.

LOUNGE:
Complete with a three-seater sofa, a plush carpet, comfortable armchairs, and an indoor fireplace, the condo’s spacious living room invites you to rest and relax. The natural light from the large windows and the glass door leading to the balcony add to the glamour.

Catch up to your favorite shows on Cable and Netflix with the 48” flat screen TV. You'll appreciate the super-fast Wi-Fi too (150MB per second).

OUTSIDE SPACE:
Head out onto the balcony with your first coffee of the day and take in the sights and sounds of Edmonton’s downtown. There is also a BBQ grill to change up your meals or have a picnic-party.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom suite, including the patio with its BBQ grill and heated underground parking stall. There is a lockbox with a key & garage fob in it, and you’ll be given a code at check-in to access it.

We may not meet in person unless you request it, but I am always available by phone and text. Please reach out at any time.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to Edmonton's downtown core, where you will find a great mixture of people, restaurants, pubs, clubs, and events. Roger's Place a short 5 block/10 min walk away from the condo. The Shaw Confrence Centre is 12 min walk, and so is the Alberta Legislative Building. The Red Arrow bus station is located directly across the street, and the epic Edmonton River Valley is a 6 min walk.
Getting Around:
Best way to get around is by foot/car/Turo/Uber. Walk throughout the downtown core, to any of the above mentioned spots. Whyte ave is a 5min drive across the North Saskatchewan River, or 10 min to the Edmonton Expo Centre.
Other Things to Note:
Some of the balconies on the building are being renovated. There is some construction happening throughout the day, and the visitor parking is blocked off. Thanks for being patient while this work is in progress.
