Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

  • With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Comfortable private apartment with double bedroom and big open plan kitchen and living room. Flat is located on 3rd floor accessible via stairs.

Finsbury Park is up-and-coming area of central north London (underground zone 2) with great transport links by tube, bus, and train, selection of supermarkets, restaurants, budget gym and Arsenal Football Stadium nearby if you plan to attend a match or an event.
Park itself is a big green space perfect for jog, tennis match or just a relaxed lunch. My favourite coffeeshop Girasole.

It’s a 1 bedroom flat perfect for 2 but at small extra cost (for extra linen and cleaning) it can sleep up to 5.
Sleeping arrangements: 140cm wide double bed in bedroom, 1 x 140 cm wide sofabed and 1 x 120 cm wide sofabed in living room.
Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and crockery, fob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker etc. to prepare simple meals. There is a table with 4 chairs.

Flat is entirely for guests’ use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours, common areas and keep noise down especially at night after 9 PM.
I will be available should you have any difficulties or questions. Best way to reach out is through the booking site or (if matter is urgent) via phone provided.

After booking please kindly provide your contact details: phone you will use during the trip and email address.
Depending on the situation I will meet you in person or provide access code couple of days before the arrival together with instructions. These are sent via your booking platform.
Check-in is after 15.00 – please inform us of late check-in after 8 PM. Sometimes we may be able to let you drop off bags earlier at 1 PM while cleaner is there preparing the flat.
Check-out is strictly at 11. We may allow you to store bags till 1 PM but it needs to be requested beforehand.
There are luggage storage options near all major stations and some apps that work with local shops: LUGGAGE HERO or BAGBNB.

Finsbury Park Station is major Bus, Tube, Rail station with Victoria and Piccadilly lines (24H tube on the weekend). Trains run between central London every minute and buses every few minutes for 24h.
It takes 7 min to walk to the station and 5 min tube ride to King’s Cross, 10 min to Oxford Circus/Oxford St.
There is direct bus to Camden Town that takes 15 min.
Best apps to understand public transport options are Google Maps and CityMapper (provides prices and more accurate timing).
Transport for London website provides info on the prices, connections, etc. You can buy tickets and OYSTER travel card in each station. Prices: tube ride zone 1-2 (£2.30-£3, zone 2+ £1.5-£2.30 if you don’t travel through zone 1, bus £1.50)
Trainline app allows you to check and book trains.

Heathrow (Piccadilly Line direct underground)
Gatwick train to King’s Cross or Victoria station then Victoria Line
Stansted Airport train to Tottenham Hale Station and Victoria Line
Luton Airport train to King’s Cross and Victoria Line.

Goodwin street parking costs £15 per day or 3 pounds per hour. It’s £30 per day for large vehicles.
